How to check my account stats?

On the home page you should use any of the available Steam identifiers:

  • Profile URL:https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/7656119XXXXXXXXXX
  • steamID64:7656119XXXXXXXXXX
  • SteamID2:STEAM_0:0:XXXXXX
  • SteamID3:[U:1:XXXXXX]
  • Custom URLs:https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/username

The most popular ones are URLs and steamID64. You can find them in your desktop app in Profile section at the very top. Press Submit button or use Login with Steam for authentication. Ensure your profile and game achievements are set to public.

I got an error while requesting info about my profile, what should I do?

If you encounter problems after making a request:

  • Double-check your profile privacy settings.
  • Wait some time - Steam may not apply profile changes instantly.
  • All service making Steam-related requests are cached and may take time to update.

How can I tell if I have successfully uploaded my save file?

After having uploaded your save file, you will get redirected to the profile page, where all your data should be parsed. Also, your rank in the leaderboard will have teal outline.

Is the data automatically updated?

No, data is not automatically updated, due to the following reasons:

  • The system does not have access to users’ save files, so it cannot update them automatically.
  • With the growing database the amount of Steam API requests grows considerably, which requires conrolled tokens scaling.
To update your data, please use the Submit button or Login with Steam and then Upload Save File. The data which is updated periodically is the data related to the game inforamtion and global achievements.

How is rank calculated?

The player rank is calculated based on the amount of hours and achievements. Unfortunately, at the current state it is not viable to use other statistics for ranking.

How can I upload my Phasmophobia save file?

  1. Ensure your game data is publicly available.
  2. Login with your Steam account.
  3. After successful login, you’ll be redirected to your profile.
  4. Click the Upload your save file button.
  5. Select your SaveFile.txt.
